SMS Consent

Patients consent by calling our office and verbally providing their phone number to our AI scheduling assistant, Michelle. During the call, patients are informed that a confirmation text will be sent to the number provided. Consent is collected at the point of scheduling and is limited to appointment confirmation messages only. Patients can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
